The Life Fulfilment Zone: Where You Always Get What You Need

Date: Sun, 6 Mar 2011 16:00 - 4:00

Teacher: Dave Oshana

Doesn't the Universe demand, in unison with every fibre in your body, complete and absolute satisfaction? Is that not your sole, primary and fundamental drive - your raison d'être?

o waves rock Pure Zen almost! Random lines from a wildly popular rock song, imprinting the consciousness of your parent's post-war generation with a half-baked and ultimately depressing realisation, giving succour without solution, that "you can't always get what you want."

In fact, Mick Jagger emphatically rams the jagged point into the Vietnam era's collective consciousness by raising their desire with a carrot and then dropping his bomb's payload with a clear "No, YOU can't always get what you want."

That line, taken in the context of the entire song, is masterful hypnotic command which powerfully skewed a generation which wished for so much but eventually settled for much less.

That song "You Can't Always Get What You" still rolls around in the mind today influencing young, developing psyches. Can you really not get what you want? Is "need" so far from "want"? It is, in a split person - a person whose "needs" and "wants" are not congruent.

But what of the healed person? A person whose "wants" reflect their "needs", whose actions come from their core self, in alignment with their original nature? Should such a united soul settle for anything less than full fulfilment? Doesn't the Universe demand, in unison with every fibre in your body, complete and absolute satisfaction? Is that not your sole, primary and fundamental drive - your raison d'être?

And if you actually can't get what you want then should your existence be woefully relegated to an eternity of defeatist misery? While many live in that state of psychic corruption, it is not spiritually viable. Your natural state and birthright is to live in a high energy, bright space of optimism, courage and creativity. This is the only way which the world can work and humanity solve its problems.

The world that most people see does not exist. It is a carefully crafted and constructed reality. While it is unauthentic, it is difficult for a person living within it to see that it is a fugazi (a fake). However, there are inevitably gaps between the seams of that virtual reality. Gaps which can be exploited to stage a breakout (don't try this without proper supervision).

So far, I have not said much about how you will actually get what you want. I have not told that what you need is already being arranged. This is one of the spiritual realities waiting your confirmation via your direct experience. When the veil of your everyday waking dream state has been lifted then you will see clear reality. Nothing is to believed, nor should be believed. Reality does not play cards with your mind's programming. Positive thinking approaches typically try to change the dream on the inside whilst ignoring what is real.

Do you know the difference between real and unreal dreaming in the waking state? This would be a useful topic to explore when you are have prepared and readied yourself to perceive the reality behind the construction of your everyday perceptions.

The life fulfilment zone is arranged by the Creation so that every being can fulfil its role. In that zone you will get what you need - every time!

Join me in this live reflection upon how to get into The Zone, the life fulfiment zone! You only need a comfortable place to relax, listen and experience.

Notes taken from Wikipedia (caveat emptor):

Allegedly, in 1964, Mick Jagger, was in the Excelsior drugstore when a local, Jimmy Heutmaker, yapped about how he loved Cherry Coke but that morning he was given a different flavor. "Y’know, Mr. Jagger, you can’t always get what you want," said Jimmy with the kind of Scandinavian acceptance of fate which typifies that part of Minnesota.

Rolling Stones magazine (no relation) listed the "You Can't Always Get What You" as the 100th greatest song of all time.

No, you can't always get what you want
You can't always get what you want
You can't always get what you want
And if you try sometime you find
You get what you need
